When you join you have to READ the rules. You have to READ the plot. You have to READ the little bullets of the species of your choice (and most likely those you rp with). You must READ the other information. I'm tired of pointing out the blatant obvious repeatedly.
1b. Respect.
As I said before, you must respect the staff an other members. Use common sense! Do not start any flame wars, do not insult anyone, don't be a snob. If you don't like someone then just avoid them. If someone keeps bugging you then just tell them to stop. If they persist then let me know. If you bug someone and they tell you to stop don't cry to me, because then you'll be bugging me and that's just stupid.}

_{2a. You will have only one account.
2b. You may only have five characters per account.
2c. Do not sign up with another account pretending to be someone else. I will happily expose you.
2d. Please keep avatars at 100x100 pixels. Too big images make me want to stab you, small images suck for those with bad eyesight.
2e. There's no dimension restrictions for signatures, I'm just gonna ask you to use common sense. If it a). stretches out the board and/or b). takes up the length of my screen I'll ask you to remove/resize it.
2f. Images must be kept PG 13, no nudity or porn. Do not advertise in your signatures.}

_{3a. I won't ask for much. I just ask that you post once a week. A complete post in roleplay.
3b. Members who do not post in roleplay for a month without a notice will be deleted.
3c. Of course we do allow returns, stuff does happen. But not repeatedly.
3d. If you will be inactive or absent then tell me throught he Away Board of PM. Not in the cbox.}

_{4a. Only original characters are allowed. No media based characters!
4b. Any race is allowed. However, what I have written for the races is how they will be. There are some excepts (ie. all dark elves do not have to have black skin or is evil), but for the most part what I have there is LAW. If it says vampires can tolerate sunlight I better not see in your vampire application "sunlight kills my vampire." If you want to add a race PM me.
4c. No perfect characters. I want to see some noticeable flaws.
4d. I want to see some thought into your characters now! Don't just think 'I want to bring in this type of character.' Sit there and work on your profile.
4e. After your first character you must either wait one week or have ten roleplay posts in before making another. After your second character you must wait another week or have ten posts per character before making a third. And so on.
4f. So you're going to have five characters. For right now there is no limit on allegiances, but once things even out I'll place one so they stay evened out. =3
4g. I would prefer anime/manga images, but I'm perfectlyok with celebrity images as well.}

_{1a. We want posts to be full of quality rather than quantity. But we don't like short posts, so the limit is 200 words. If your post is less than two hundred words it will be deleted.
1b. Opening posts (when you start or enter a rp) especially should be descriptive. Try to describe the setting, your character, the overall mood, and such.
1c. Tags are quite popular. If a topic does not have a tag it will be assumed open. If you wish to tag someone then either put their name in the title or at the top/bottom of the post.
1d. If you wish to join a private roleplay then ask BOTH parties before joining. If they say no then deal with it.
1e. If a roleplay if past one thread (15 posts) then it is closed to the members in that thread. If you want to join ask every member.
1f. No IC posts in roleplay! You must have a post attatched to you IC post or it will be deleted. We have a PM system AND a CBox.}

_{2a. For threads with three or more people there must be a posting order as they come in. Whoever you posted below when you entered is who you post below throughout the roleplay.
2b. If a person doesn't post in the next forty eight hours then they can be skipped.
2c. Try to keep it less than five people in a thread (unless it's a huge plot thread or something).}

_{3a. Use it! You must have an elementry school education to roleplay here.
3b. Post in third person, meaning using the term "(s)he" or your character's name instead of "I."
3c. A common mistake among everyone, be sure to stay in the past tense. I won't jump you for this, but it's nice to not jump tenses. Meaning say "He ran" instead of "he runs."
3d. I beg of you to spellcheck and/or proof read your posts.
3e. Use quotes ("quotes") around speech, regular text for action, and italics (italics) for thought. You can bold, color, whatever, just as long as it is close to that. Do not use asterics (*), tildes (~), slashes (/), OR smiley faces!}

_{4a. To avoid conflict try to work out an outcome of the battle. Who wins, who loses, what happens to the loser, etc.
4b. Character deaths will be allowed, so be sensible. I ask that you give your opponent a chance to escape though, just to be fair. But do not pick stupid fights tha you can't win.
4c. All in all, use common sense. Don't godmod/powerplay and if your character is a weak li'l human then don't send them against a chaos angel and expect to live.}

_{5a. Do not auto-hit (saying your attack struck your opponent).
5b. Do not dodge or block every attack. When reading a post with an attack try to tell what is most likely to hit and what is not.
5c. One attack per post. Combo attacks are fine, but if your character has to withdraw to strike again then it's not allowed. Don't go crazy with combo-attacks. Don't have five kicks without pulling back, in a fight you do have to pull back.
5d. Your character must be able to feel an attack when it hits. I know in the heat of battle pain can be easily ignored, but when an attack hits (and then after the fight) your character must be in pain.
5e. Do not control someone else's character in any way, shape, or form.
5f. Do not kill a bunch of people/creatures in a short period of time. Nor can you attack a town or city unless it's in a plot. All plots must be passed by me, no exceptions.}

_{6a. Character relations are, of course, allowed, both gay and straight.
6b. Normally for sex I'd say "make it tasteful and vague," but no one seems to know how to do that (or they like to get horny) and so I'm banning sex.
6c. If you want yer girl to get pregnant then you MUST pm a staff member permission. We don't want a lot of babies, this is a fantasy war roleplay, not a baby-popping romance drama.
6d. No love at first sight. They must know each other and have roleplayed through at least two threads (completed). And please, don't make their relationship perfect and a sweet Eden, I'll gag. Every relationship will have problems, plus that's a li'l more fun.
6e. Keep IC relations in character. Meaning if your characters are dating, don't assume you're dating the person.}

_{7a. It's allowed! =3
7b. Try to establish an order. Don't jumble up the time of the threads.
7c. Don't go crazy. If you have multiple characters try to even it out (ie. - 3 threads for one character, 3 for the other). Try not to go over five threads at one time per character. Be in enough to keep up.}

_{8a. Don't continue a thread for the hell of it. When something ends, it ends. No 10+ page threads.
8b. If you move from the forest to a town then end the topic in the forests and make a new one in the town.
8c. When a topic is over post something like "End" at the base of the last post.
8d. Topics that are inactive for a month are archived. If you want to revive it then PM me, but we won't revive a topic more than three times.}
